Data Deletion Instructions

Ariven, Inc. ("Ariven") respects your right to delete personal data we process about you. This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with any platform you have connected to the Ariven app — including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads, Bing Webmaster Tools, TikTok Ads, and TikTok Shop.

What data Ariven stores from connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform to Ariven, we store:

• OAuth or API credentials, encrypted at rest in Google Cloud Secret Manager, used to read your reporting data. Firestore stores only an opaque reference to the secret — never the credential itself.
• Account, property, ad account, or site identifiers needed to query the provider's reporting APIs.
• Read-only performance and reporting data fetched from the provider for analytics and CRO purposes.

Ariven uses connected platform data only to show you analytics and CRO recommendations. We do not sell it, use it for ad targeting, or combine it across merchants. We do not receive or store your platform passwords.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Disconnect the integration inside the Ariven app

1. Open the Ariven app inside your Shopify admin.
2. Go to Ariven → Settings → Integrations.
3. Find the platform you want to remove and click "Disconnect."

This immediately:

• Revokes Ariven's access with the provider, where the provider supports revocation
• Deletes the stored OAuth/API credentials from Google Cloud Secret Manager
• Deletes the cached reporting data tied to that integration within 30 days

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, email support@ariven.ai (or chris@ariven.ai if that address is unavailable) with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your Shopify store domain
• The name of the connected platform (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising)
• The account, property, ad account, or site identifier, if known

We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Backups

Encrypted backups maintained by our infrastructure provider (Google Cloud Platform) are retained for up to 90 days beyond the deletion date and are not directly accessible. They are permanently purged in the normal backup rotation.
